May 18            24   |    2025

Join us for a delicious week of sensory exploration in the enchanting region of Puglia, Italy.

where pleasure takes center stage

Our dreamy spring time retreat will be filled with lush movement, indulgent meals, and afternoon strolls through the white washed villages that sprinkle the coast of Southern Italy.

We'll spend our days engaging with the land, moving our bodies amongst the olive trees, and unwinding by the pool with fresh baked focaccia. We'll tap into our senses as we taste olive oil straight from the property, pick cherries straight from the trees, and get our hands dirty as we learn to make pasta the Apulian way.

Our shared intention will be to savor the rich sights, smells, and flavors of the region.

Delighting in the simple pleasures of a delicious meal, quality time with like minded women, and the incredible feeling of being truly, deeply nourished.

the practices—

Each morning, we rise with the sun, flowing through a creatively sequenced vinyasa practice designed to energize and inspire. While some experience in yoga or movement is recommended, all practices are adaptable, honoring the unique rhythms and needs of every body.

Afternoons invite a softer, more spacious pace—time to wander, create, and sink into deep rest. Morning sessions seamlessly blend movement and meditation, while afternoons offer a variety of soul-nourishing experiences, from yin yoga and breathwork to sound healing, local adventures, and creative workshops with guest teachers.

the food—

At the heart of our retreat is the joy of gathering around the table, savoring meals crafted with love. Our resident chef, Sam—Molly’s husband—draws on his Italian and French roots to create dishes that are as nourishing as they are delicious. Raised making pasta with his Nonna in Northern Italy, he brings a deep reverence for tradition, using only the freshest local ingredients to craft vibrant, seasonal meals.

Puglia holds a special place in his heart, and our Italy retreats are made even more meaningful as Sam’s father joins him in the kitchen, sharing their family’s treasured recipes. Together, they weave a culinary experience that is both authentic and unforgettable.

All meals are vegetarian, locally sourced, and thoughtfully curated to celebrate the flavors of the region.

the location—

With its whitewashed villages, olive-dotted landscapes, and dramatic coastline, Puglia is one of Italy’s best-kept secrets. This southern region, tucked into the country’s "stiletto," carries the whispers of Sicily, Greece, and Northern Africa, creating a distinctive cultural tapestry unlike anywhere else in Italy.

Here, time moves a little slower. Days are spent wandering charming streets, soaking in the Mediterranean sun, and indulging in the region’s rich culinary heritage—after all, this is the birthplace of mozzarella. Our retreat is nestled in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its rolling farmland, picturesque hilltop towns, and breathtaking Adriatic coastline.

the villa—

Trulli Casalina is more than a retreat space—it’s a portal into the soul of Puglia. This stunning, fully restored estate embodies history, beauty, and the magic of generations past. With its signature trulli (the region’s iconic cone-roofed homes), the villa exudes a quiet elegance, offering luxurious yet grounding spaces to unwind.

The estate is woman-owned and run by an incredible team of local Italian women, led by Valeria, whose family has stewarded this land for generations. Here, you’ll find ancient olive groves, lush gardens, cherry trees heavy with fruit, two inviting pools, and a yoga pergola where we’ll practice under the open sky.

Located just five minutes from the charming village of Casalini and a short bike ride to Cisternino—our favorite Apulian town brimming with boutique shops, rooftop restaurants, and, of course, gelato—Trulli Casalina is the perfect home base for our week of pleasure and presence.

the rooms—

Our accommodations at Trulli Casalina are a seamless blend of history and modern comfort. The estate is divided into two villas, connected by a peaceful olive grove, with a mix of private and shared rooms, each featuring a private bathroom, independent entrance, and a cozy terrace to soak in the Apuglian sun.

While recently renovated with contemporary amenities, each space retains its authentic charm—think traditional white stone walls, arched doorways, and minimalistic Italian decor that invites a sense of simplicity and ease.

the weather—

Late May in Puglia is pure magic. The air is fragrant with blooming jasmine, cherries ripen in the orchards, and the Mediterranean sun casts a golden glow over rolling hills. Days are warm and inviting, perfect for lounging by the pool, while evenings bring a soft, balmy breeze—just cool enough to wrap yourself in a light sweater as we gather for dinner under the stars.

Though the rainy season has passed, nature is always unpredictable, and a passing spring shower is a gentle reminder of the land’s lush fertility. But more often than not, we’ll be basking in sunshine, soaking in the warmth, and reveling in the beauty of the season.

the vibe—

Sirena is not your typical yoga holiday—it’s a reclamation of slow, intentional living. Our retreats are carefully curated spaces where you can step out of the rush of daily life and reconnect with what feels true, raw, and real.

We embrace slow travel, deep rest, belly laughs, tears that cleanse, sisterhood that holds, and experiences that awaken the wildest parts of ourselves. We believe in taking the road less traveled, in wandering off the beaten path, in attuning ourselves to the rhythms of nature and the whispers of our own intuition.

Sirena is for the woman who can let her hair down, surrender to the unknown, and trust in the beauty of the unfolding moment. If you crave structure and predictability, this may not be the retreat for you. But if you long for freedom, depth, and connection—this is your invitation.

Here, we move slowly. We savor the simple pleasures. We breathe in beauty. And we let ourselves be.
